Your data is shared within your company based on role-based permissions:
- Employees can view their own time entries, schedules, and PTO balances
- Managers can view and edit data for employees they supervise
- Admins have full access to all company data
- Account Managers can oversee multiple companies they manage
4.2 Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate our app:
- Firebase (Google): Cloud hosting, authentication, database, and push notifications
- Google Cloud Platform: Serverless functions and data storage
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing services to us.
4.3 We Do NOT:

Your data is stored on Firebase servers located in the United States. By using ChronoWorks, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
